" I've got an automatic VW Golf diesel with ACC from 0 plus front and rear parking sensors. This was gold for someone who is not used to drive on the left side of the road. The only thing I've wished to have more, at least in first day, was the LKAS to keep me in the middle of the line because I had the tendency to get to close to the cars on my left. Anyway, at the end I've returned the car without any incident and the return path at Budget car park in Luton Airport is straight forward, you just have to follow the signs. "

When I took the car, there were scratches on many places where it was not written in the protocol (the car was like new, though, but in Italy, at another car rental a few months ago, they made an inventory of every single scratch and so now I was more careful). So they added it to the protocol, friendly and with a smile. When I returned the car, they said everything is ok. I didn t receive any protocol, nothing at all. " I am American, not used to driving on the wrong side in a busy city like London with strange signage, road markings, etc. You must have many customers like me. I desperately wanted a map and clear instructions for getting out of London with least possible risk. The counter had no maps whatsoever, and instead printed 3 pages of Google maps instructions with 64 steps that were impossible to navigate, as though this would give me a sense of direction, and provided no explanation of major differences on signage, rules of the road, etc. The car came with a navigation system, but this was hard to use and provided no help. I had to manage my way out of London on my own, in the process putting myself and your vehicle at great risk. The counter staff cared only about signing me up and handing me the keys. Once out of London, I was fine, but this was a very unhappy and harrowing experience. An appalling way to treat a US customer. "
