" 1) When I went to the counter I discovered that except from the 1.550€ that had to be reserved in my credit card, 95€ more euros had to be reserved for the fuel (total 1.645€). I was noticed in the voucher only about the 1.550€ before going to pickup the car and my credit limit is 1.600€. The staff was not flexible at all. They rejected to accept cash, or the use of the credit card of the second driver. I had to call my bank and make some urgent arrangements to get through this. 2) When we returned the car they wanted to charge us because there was some dirt in the car mats. We cleaned it with our hands, we felt like idiots, as you could listen to the vacuum cleaners working next to us. It was less than a minute job for those people using the vacuum but they made us clean them ourselves with our own hands. It felt humiliating. "

Your interface should include a clear comparison between these two paths to insurance, showing pros and cons.
