" So far the experience has been excellent, but we have not had to do a cancellation or a claim. The website is easy to use, it is intuitive and the prices are very competitive. We are repeat customers. "
" The experience varies a lot from city to city and from country to country. We always select the same type of vehicle which is a Mercedes C Class full sized car, and have always got excellent vehicles. This time we got a vehicle that had a lot of defects including a bonnet that would periodically loosen up and vibrate during the drive. It was not as good an experience as we had the previous times. "
