" For the first time the car was not in condition. They delivered the car with the windows full of grease, which prevented good visibility in the rainy season. The wiper blades didn't clean anything, they weren't in good condition. As soon as I started the car, the low tire pressure alert came on, which indicates that they didn't take care to put the car in good condition. In view of my complaint, they offered an upgrade in the next rental, but obligatorily via the guerin.pt website and subject to availability. "

" Everything was a good experience except for purchasing the GPS and then finding out that the car already had that built in. "

" We had a great experience, however when we went to counter to get the car we were asked about getting the GPS. We agreed to get it, and paid extra. When we went to pick up the car and asked them about it, they said that it was already included in the car we had booked. This was very frustrating as we had paid quite a bit extra. We would like to be reimbursed for this amount if possible? "

She should be cloned and then distributed across all industries that rely on customer service.
