" Good car but we aware of the extra charges they apply in the end! "

" The car was great! But when we rented it there was mentioned a free second driver (on the site of Auto Europe). It turned out that we made the rental too late for this. Fine, but then the asked if we wanted a second driver and pay for it which we declined. It was not mentioned on the contract! But in the end they still charged us for it (54,00 euro). I can send the contract and the final charge we paid. Can you let me know what you think of this and if we can get back the extra charge? "

" I´ve been using AutoEurope for a long time, always satisfied. Also Customer Service is very helpful when needed. "

" It was Hertz, actually. Dollar & Hertz & Thrifty at the same counter and the car was Hertz, so was the contract, etc. So I am going to rate Hertz. I was very satisfied with the approach of the staff - helpful, smiling. The car was clean and new, I could review the existing scratches on a screen before I signed the contract. And we got an upgrade - always good :) My only dissatisfaction is with Customer Service - they only work on working days between 8 and 18 (I think). What if something happens at night or during the weekend??? I tried to call during the weekend, no success. I wrote an email, got a reply on Tuesday with apologies. "
