" It was odd that I requested a car shown on your website with a rental company I knew, and then was told the car wasn't available and instead I was asked to use a company I had never heard of. This caused some anxiety but it turned out fine. "

" I havent had any experiences as I was mislead to an information about insurance. "

" At the counter after a 10-hour flight I was told that I had to pay a 500€ insurance which was "strongly advised", otherwise I would have to pay over 2000€ in case of any damage to the car, like scratches. Well, of course I wouldn't pay about 1200 for a 30 day rental. So I had to pick up an uber to my destination and provide myself a solution somewhere else. Which BTW was a 230€ rental at discover cars. "

" Transparent with the costs "

" We booked a car with auto Europe. When we arrived at the car rental(which was drive on) they charged us with an additional 200 euro extra because we only had an full insurance with auto Europe, not with Drive On. If we would like to have a full insurance with drive on, we had to pay 200 euro extra. Drive on is not transparent. I would not recommend this car rental "

" I believe the value for money was acceptable, even though the car was a bit rundown. I also did not understand their policy towards insurance, if you don't do it, you pay an exorbitant amount, if there is an accident. The risk and benefit are not balanced. "

" Good price finder but I'm finding hard and hard to justify using an intermediate service. "

" Fast pick-up and even faster drop-off. Car in good enough condition for a great price. Had to wait a bit to be picked up but the trips are then super fast. The telephone support doesn't always work as expected. But regarding the car experience? Recommended! "

" I am using Auto Europe regularly and it was the first time, I had a bad experience at the moment of arriving to the airport. "

" Totally chaotic reception (or better said no reception!) at the airport of Porto. It took us 25 minutes to find the person in charge running around as a chicken in the airport. Than it took another hour to get to the hangar where the cars were parked. Once we had the car, everything went smooth. "

" Easy to compare and rent a car. Good extra service. "

" We received a great car and the drop-off was quick and easy. However, on arrival and at pick-up there were some problems. First, even though we called several times to adjust our time of arrival because of a delayed flight, the shuttle that was supposed to pick us up wasn't at the airport and we had a hard time contacting Drive On. Luckily for us there was a woman of an other rental company who helped us. After hours, Drive On was understaffed and it took a very long time to get our car, even though there were only three customers. On top of that we were charged an extra €30,- for picking the car up after hours, despite calling to give notice of our delay and the long time it took to get our car. With two young tired children this was quite a challenge after a long flight. It felt strange to pay extra for a bad service. However, the car itself was great and exceeded our expectations. "

We had ordered a Fiat 500, but they had over booked so they gave us a free upgrade to a larger car, which was fine. "
