" I can recommend europcar, but pay attention to which agency you have to pick up the car. It can be complicated if you are not insured by this agency but by the company where you booked with europcar. "

" I rented a car of Keddy in Lisbon. But at the airport I had to go to Europcar and they gave me a car from Europcare. I booked Supercover with autoeurope, but the lady at the Europcare told me, that I should by another supercover assurance with Europcare, that would cost me more than the rental rate. "

" The staff was very professional and efficient! There was a problem with the GPS not working which caused me a lot of trouble finding my way around. The staff that was working when I returned the car was very understanding and reduce the cost of the GPS which I appreciated very much. "

" We had received a fantastic price for the rental ( when booking via internet) however , although we had noted that this should include a second driver, when we collected the car an extra cost was added. Double the price to register the second driver! It was suprising that it took such a long time to collect the car - needing a huge amount of personal details, which you already had on file. "

" Had to wait for about 10-15 min for the car. The car was not completely clean with sand and dust on the insides of the doors in front and front screen was very dirty on the inside making it difficult to drive towards to sun. Cleaned it ourselves. Otherwise a good car. "

" The car was very new and well equipped. What i don´t liked: The staff tried me an expensive car to rent. He also tried to give me a contract for sale for 70 euros, so I did not have to fill up the car before returning. He tried to force me to do this because supposedly at the morning the petrol stations were closed. In fact, it was not a problem to fill up an evening before delivery "
