We had to wait (agreed time to pick-up car has been at 10:00 AM) for one hour to get the car. 2) We returned car on Monday 15.8. and company is still blocking on my credit card amount of 150 EUR (for fuel) - there is no reason for blocking the amount after car return (everything has been OK from my side, car returned with full tank). "

" A HUGE FRAUD! One counter for Interrent/Goldcar and a single person (same company under Europcar anyway) - now fighting to get a 50€ extra charge back that I was informed only via email after return. For what - they say I returned the car to a different company. That's simply FRAUD! "
