I encountered the following issues: - When doing my search for the rental, I specified a pick-up and return at Berlin Central Station - it happens Enterprise doesn't have an office there, there are located further west. On the voucher the correct address is indeed mentioned, but the it is also mentioned "Berlin Central Railway station", which is wrong. I did another booking today, again, Enterprise appears in under Berlin central station. I guess there are wrongly registered in your system. - For this reason I arrived late at the Entreprise office. The employee was really unfriendly and he argued that because of my "lateness" (approx. 45 minutes) he had the "right" to downgrade me (Midsize to Economy), he gave me the worst possible car (unconfortable, no navigation system or even a reliable connection via bluetooth...), he tried to sell me additional coverage (I am insured by my credit card) using misleading / false arguments and almost refused my ID because it states an address in France (I moved recently to Berlin, so...). I stayed friendly with him and explained my situation in detail, because I was already late to reach my destination... but I am VERY disappointed and annoyed by this Enterprise employee (rude to me). I guess the responsibility for this situation is partially with you (wrong registration of the Enterprise office on your website?) and also with Enterprise (false pretence to downgrade me). I tend not to blame Autoeurope because your customer service is great and you have been very helpful in the past, but still feel cheated and would like to be compensated in one way or other for these inconveniences. I was shocked that the manager expected me to come back, and then pay for an upgrade just so that I could have a safe car. Normally, with so much inconvenience, the upgrade would be gratis. "
" I reserved a car equivalent to a Renault Clio and was given a Hyundai (I believe) that had a broken frame on the side mirror, was dirty on the inside, a very loose clutch, and did not have a cover for the hatch back/boot area. It was clearly missing. I explained that this is very dangerous because if someone sees what I have in the boot, the car could be broken into. I did not realize this until I went home to load my luggage. When I called the Enterprise office they told me that it must be on the back seat. It was not there. Then, they told me that the car does not come with a cover for the hatchback/boot. This was obviously false because the car had the mechanism to hold a cover. I requested that Enterprise bring me a new car as clearly this was a defect. They told me that all they could do was give me an upgrade if I came back to the office. AND THEY MADE ME PAY FOR THE UPGRADE! I was now one hour late for my travel and they made me come to their office to return the car. When I asked to return the GPS that I reserved(which did not function properly) they did not give me a refund, they told me they would give me a "credit". I was happy with Auto Europe, but really shocked at Enterprise for trying to give me a car with obvious defects. "

When picking up the car we agreed on extras for about 110 euros. They pulled 490 euros!!! Ones on the phone they promised to reverse some of the amount (only for the prolongation!) back on our card, but he never did. I have never before had any problems with car rentals but this time I got extremely cheated. "

" Okay, my mistake: I should have booked the car through billiger-mietwagen.de instead on autoeurope.eu. I had found a great deal for a rental from Interrent on billiger-mietwagen.de via ("über") AutoEurope. It would have included a no-excess (Selbstbeteiligung) insurance policy, i.e. the reimbursement of any deductible / excess paid to the rental company. Thinking that I might get an even better deal directly from Autoeurope, I checked out Autoreurope.eu, and, to my great delight, indeed found the price for an Enterprise car of the same category to be a few Euro less. So I booked the car, thinking I have the same policy that I would have gotten on billiger-mietwagen.de. I admit that I stumbled over the part of the contract that talked about the liability, but maybe because it was late at night when I made the booking, it didn´t warn me enough to go back to billiger-mietwagen, pay a few Euro more and have a clear statement of the policy in my German mother tongue, rather than thinking that I had fully understood the English statement on your *.eu website. When I hit the curb / sidewalk in front of my sister´s house on Saturday, October 27th, after coming back from a fantastic 400 km daytrip to watch tens of thousands of cranes (birds) near Diepholz, Western Germany, it dawned to me that I might have to pay for the damage caused, without being reimbursed for it. At drop-off two days later, my card was charged an additional 600 €, besides the initial 250 € deposit. Given that there were only a few scratches on the right front rim, I was sure the damage would be a maximum of 300 Euro. Today, November 13th, I received the invoice from Enterprise, and with great distress and unbelief stared at the numbers. According to the invoice, it cost a staggering 786.40 € to fix a few scratches! Plus fees... A new rim should cost less than 200 €, and it shouldn´t take too much cost for the labor to change it. Indeed, I cannot help but to think that Enterprise doesn´t even bother to fix the scratches, as they do not pose a safety hazard, nor do they pose a visual nuisance. However, I do take full responsibility for the situation, but would nevertheless like to take the freedom to humbly ask and appeal to Autoeurope´s courtesy and generosity to reimburse me at least in part for the 835,90 € excess paid. I understand that the local Enterprise staff was just doing their job, and I do not blame them for what happened. " Overall disappointed as I coordinated for a rental of an Audi A4. The confirmation email that I received in turn displayed a beautiful photo of an Audi A4. Unfortunately, as I feared, nothing of the kind was available at time of rental. I understand that one cannot expect the exact model, but the Nissan Qashqai that I was assigned to wasn't even close.
