" Comments in Portuguese: A experiência com essa empresa foi desastrosa. Quase conseguem estragar por completo a nossa viagem. Nos entregaram o tanque de combustível com 50% de gasolina. Isso nos obrigou a completar o tanque de imediato já nos arredores de Lisboa. Cansado da viagem transatlântica de avião e do jet-lag abasteci o carro com 10 litros de gasóleo. Percebi o erro logo na bomba de combustível e imediatamente chamei o reboque para evitar danos ao veículo. Ao retornar à BeRent fui multado em 1600€ por um serviço que não custaria mais que 200 ou 300€. A empresa confunde franquia com multa a seu benefício. Eu me dispus a pagar a substituição do combustível. Fizeram da minha vida um inferno afirmando que eu havia sido negligente por isso merecia a multa. Esses casos acontecem diariamente e diria serem muito interessantes que ocorram para a BeRent. Pouco importou para a BeRent se estragou alguns dias de nossas férias. A ganância falou mais alto. A BeRent não é a Seguradora. A franquia integral eu deveria pagar à própria oficina se o serviço ultrapassasse os 1.600€. Em resumo: qualquer coisa que a Be Rent considere "negligência" é motivo para a cobrança de 1.600€. É um excelente negócio. Não esqueçam que em Portugal eu sou estrangeiro sem conhecer as leis com exatidão. Eles exploram essa situação. "
