" Everything was really nice. Ron at drop-off helped with everything and explained how to proceed to terminal. Guy at counter (forgot the name) also was very helpful and nice. Vehicle did not have active Adaptive Cruise Control and I was missing this - that why I lower the score. Besides that, everything with the car was ok. "

" National was OK, the only thing that bothered me was that despite paying for extra Roadside Assistance, National told me this did not actually cover breakdowns and I had to buy extra assistance cover from them, an additional 140 euro. This was disappointing. "
