" We have had three times to change the cars , the cars are in a bad condition We have to pay for filling fuel although we have filled full ! I think it is a system to get more money from the renters. We have to pay for the second drive for the whole time although we needed it only 10 days I think that was the last time I use sixt. "

" The Sixt people in Newark were very friendly but as ever, they tried to sell me unnecessary insurance . The check out process took a long time because Sixt wanted a lot of contact details and forgot to obtain a credit card deposit. The car itself was OK but had an unusual number of dents and scratches. The windshield was not cleaned from the inside.d "

" We also called AutoEurope helpdesk, and they were pleasant and service minded. All in all, a very positive experience. "
" When picking up our car, I had to use my creditcard. Unfortunately, I forgot my pincode. We weren't able to receive a car then, but Sixt employee Julian did everything in his power to try. We left without a car and went back after 2 days when I remembered my pincode. Sixt employee Victor was also very helpful in making up for our lost days and providing a beautiful car. Thumbs up for Sixt, especially Julian & Victor. Both exceptionally service minded. Thank you. "
