" Didn't get the class car I reserved, car wasn't ready (1,5h wait) Rental car was dirty/filthy Had a chip on windscreen (found out 5 min after pick up station closed) but hertz stations at FLL airport denied exchange Was charged with one way fee although included in rental price "
