" What is being used for cleaning the car inside? It makes the carpets slippery and it sticks to the shoes so when getting out of the car the you slip on the pavement as well. Also on the surfaces inside and on the steering wheel something is used for cleaning that are unpleasant to get on you hands, it feels greesy. Cleaning of the windscreen is poor and the wrong chemical is used, as it is a film is applied on the inside and makes it dirty. They could told use what they recommend and why and not just say what they've been told to say. "

This time I was very disappointed and shocked that even I though I chose the option at the time of booking, it turned out that I did not have it. I called Auto Europe 5 times but each time I kept holding for 10-15 mins but still no agent came on line. "

They took a 1100 EUR safety deposit instead of the 500. They'll also try to persuade you to take their own insurance which is around 150 for a week. "
