I have the final bill from Hertz, sk there is no reason for the blockage. I will never rent with them again. "

I was very satisfied with the approach of the staff - helpful, smiling. The car was clean and new, I could review the existing scratches on a screen before I signed the contract. And we got an upgrade - always good :) My only dissatisfaction is with Customer Service - they only work on working days between 8 and 18 (I think). I also rented 3 cars through Auto Europe: Lenoir Caspar 10751323 169,92 Lenoir Roel 10751340 169,92 and Lenoir René 10751354 244,27. To make sure there would be no extra charges I took extra insurance on June 4: 27,98 , 27,98 and 31,51 I was in the opinion that I hired the cars with HERTZ. How did I end up with DOLLAR?? At the HERTZ desk we were forced to put on hold on the credit cards 1.537,50 for damage waiver plus 103,,32 for possible extra KMs above 420.
