" I am very disappointed. I did not get the car because at the counter, my visa electron card was not valid. I lost all the money, more than 200 euros, that I had saved to rent a car for five days. Because of this I and my two siblings who came to visit me couldn't spend the holiday as planned and had to stay home the all time, because we couldn't afford travelling by train. It should not be possible to pay the rent with a card that is not valid on the counter. "

After 15 years of being your client - I will move to other services more loyal to their clients. It is a shame for a client oriented service to value vendors more than your clients. "

They asked me to guarantee rental with 2 credit cards and take a deposit of 4200 CHF without being informed This never happened to me in over 20 years of experience with car rental companies.I paid no more than 500-600 euros deposit in France, Spain, Greece, Italy,Portugal, Canada and US and many other countries. "
