" Deal with Thirfty so that mandatory charges are visible on AutoEurope web site, transparency is needed. "
" Thrifty forced me to pay Cross Border Fees because I wanted to travel to Italy. Later they said that it was a optional insurance but in reality the clerk refused to give me the car if I didn't accept that, this means it was mandatory. Lack of transparency! "

" If the car drop-off working hours start at 8:00, and the doors are still locked, that means, I leave the keys, and fly out. However if supercover insurance was not taken, any kind of car inspection should be necessary and all the checks should be done? "
