" Unfortunately I wasn't told that Dollar work through Hertz, so it took us a bit longer to find the company counter at the airport. I had to ask and at the end someone gave us the said information. All the rest was good since we practically had a brand new car, although Hertz lack a good choice of manual cars. "

" The staff were professional. When I returned the car there were some scratches on back passenger side door and now I am being charged based on the estimated cost which is very costly (1270 Franc excluding admin cost of 70 Franc). I look forward to Auto Europe kind assistance to help negotiate for a reasonable charges on the repair cost. "
