" very good pricing and smooth booking process. the only glitch was when i tried to amend the pick up time (bring forward in 2 hours) and auto europe representative told me he would have to cancel my reservation and make a new one (this is no complaint to the service received at all, but to show how not flexible the process is). "

" I got from Autoeurope a special promo deal voucher for a compact automatic car with comprehensive insurance for 518.89 euro that was not honored by Europcar and overcharged me with 171.89 chf for no reason claiming your insurance package is not enough for the given car, when at the collection station at P51 their were similar cars as per my order. Something is off, what shall I do next time as returning customer ? Please feedback me. "

" They ignore the voucher, they do not have the car I have ordered or similar , they claim that you are an agent and contract is not binding them. They have upgraded to a luxury hybrid car, that does not fit my garage ,charge extra excess insurance 171.89 chf , take it or loose the voucher. extra excess insurance 171.89 chf , by stating take the deal or lose the voucher.It happened Friday night no manager to talk with and a long drive ahead. At the collection station at P51 I succeeded to trade to a smaller car manual but could not get 171.89chf refund back. Very frustrating experience especially as a perpetual Europcar and Autoeurope customer. "

" The only thing which would be good in geneva would be a shuttle service from carpark to airport as it's a bit far. But having been nervous about hiring during covid times it was perfect "
