" The vehicle was very good and so was the customer service upon picking up the vehicle-Satisfied. However, upon returning the vehicle I was almost late for my flight and I accidentally had parked the car on the 5th floor, from where I had initially picked it up. When I went to return the keys and inform the customer service representative of the issue and where I had park, the lady at the counter was very rude!! No customer service skills at all! Even after I explained my situation, she stated that it was not her problem and that I would be charged 50 CHF for them to move the vehicle from the 5th to 1st floor. She is not a people's person at all! And she totally ruined the whole experience for me. Disappointed with the service, Yalda "
