" All was smooth, except that I didn't know that the card must bbe in the driver name, had to pay 60 euro more for additional driver that I didn't use, It seems that this info was in the fine prints but feel that sense the credit card details where given before receiving the car , autoeurope could've alerted me. "

" I showed up to find an Opel instead of the Mercedes I asked for . I know the Insignia falls in the same group but I had only choice . I saw other customers complaining cause they arrived to find a car from a whole different category . They are understaffed and they asked for 2600 Euros to be blocked from my credit card While Europe car only blocks 500 Euros . I had to cancel my reservation and I went straight to Europe car , even though I had no prior reservation I was treated in a way better manner "

" We did not receive the car therefore we missed part of our trip! The Enterprise agent was extremely rude and unprofessional! AutoEurope refuses to refund us even though we did not get a car rental and they weren't billed by Enterprise (I have the signed paper from Enterprise that we did not receive the car) so asit should come as no surprise that we will never use your "services" again nor would we recommend them to anyone. PLEASE REFUND US NOW! "

" Very easy booking process. I particularly like the fact that the rental company is identified from the outset, which is not the case for many other competing websites. "
