" It's not the first time I've rented a car from Europcar . Overall I'm happy, the car was in very good condition and it made my trip the most trouble free! "
" I was upset about the change of car drop off location. I tried to contact the station office by phone to get more information, but I was never able to speak to an employee so I was worried until the drop off time. I would like, along with the notification of the change, to give me precise instructions to which parking lot and on which floor I must take the car for drop off. "
