" Keddy was a dissapointment "
" I have arrived at the counter at 22:55 and I was told that I was not going to be charged with 40 EUR for after hours charge (if I had arrived after 23:00 - closing office time) yet I was charged - see attached Europcar invoice. I agreed to pay the Premium protection package but not the after hours charge which was not the case. Please demand Europcar to refund the 40 EUR, I am very disappointed by this behavior, I was told at the counter that I will not be charged. Waiting for your answer. "

" Almost seamless. Only issue was that the rental company was Keddy, but their name was nowhere to be seen. It turned out, after asking around in rental desks, that Europcar had my booking. "

" it is relatively easy to rent a car and prices are competitive, though if you want to avoid a particular rental company, you have to check exactly who is renting out the car and add a comment when booking "
