When they proposed another car than the one I reserved I asked if a more comfortable car was possible and he didn't hesitate to look and offer me a much better car which made a huge difference in our driving experience. Highly appreciated! Little tip: Please suggest as a standard to all your customers to take photos of the car before leaving the premises to avoid unnecessary stress and conflict. Easy to avoid like this. "

" The counter staff inside the terminal was nice and efficient until the moment when he suggested to take additional insurance to cover everything. Based on my own experience, I decided to decline the offer of extra coverage (the offer was 28 euros per day). Overall, a good experience that could have been great. "
