Ela chamou o gerente como que reportando um problema e passaram a discutir que carro iriam liberar, que foi finalmente um Buick Encore, "Small SUV" de fato. Não contentes com a tentativa frustrada de me tirar dinheiro, disseram que faltava um seguro, que custava 10 dolares ao dia, e então começou a gritaria do "You crash, you pay!". Deram a entender que não liberariam o carro se eu não concordasse com o tal seguro e fui COAGIDA a assinar. Depois disso, ofertaram passe de pedágio, recusei, ROAD SERVICE, RECUSEI, e então uma cobrança de combustível supostamente vantajosa no preço por litro, caso devolvesse com o tanque vazio, o que aceitei por já estar impaciente, mas claro que também se mostrou ser uma proposta abusiva, se valendo da pressão por aderir mais itens. Dias depois recebi da Dollar, por e-mail, um recibo com a descrição das cobranças e verifiquei que o valor cobrado de 10 dolares ao dia, supostamente do tal "seguro" estava descrito como "PREMIUM EMERGENCY ROADSIDE SERVICE"! Segunda FRAUDE! Só disso foram 109,89 dolares mais taxa local de 7%, mais o iof que paguei no cartão de crédito. Solicito à Autoeurope tomar providências para banir a Dollar MIA e reembolso dos valores indevidos cobrados, o que não vai cobrir o assédio moral pelo qual passei, mas reduz o prejuízo e evita de fazerem novas vítimas! " The overall satisfaction could be Ok, however because of an issue made by the Dollar, I can't give appositive feedback. The issue we had was related to the oil change, as after a week of travelling the oil level in the car (Chevrolet Equinox) became 0%. We were not informed by Dollar that the car has low oil amount and that we should not drive more than about 1000 miles (after which the oil change was scheduled). We still had about 2000 miles to drive in our 3-weeks long trip, so called the Roadside assistance. Only after about 1 hour of calling we've got the answer that we should change the car. We had to drive to Fresno, where the closest Dollar office was located and spent about 3 hours to change the car (as we also had to return the car with full tank). It wasn't our fault that the car had this oil issue, so I rate it as we were given a broken car! The only positive thing from this story was that we were given a brand new Hyundai Santa Fe afterwards. "

Bought a tollplann for $200, highly recommended, but drove on max $ 10 worth of toll roads. Upon returning car also extremely rude expierence, attendant made no contact at all, treid 2 times to hand over the keys but he ignored me totally. I just left the keys on the wipers. Dollar never again, i also filed a complaint directly to Dollar. "

I had to call Auto Europe to clarify the issue as the option is also on the voucher it was just time consumpting to get to the pickup jow I wanted and paid for.
