" The tire pressure was incorrect and an alarm message went off after 20 minutes of driving. Being already far from the rental agency, I had to look for a nearby Hertz station (Flughofstrasse, Opfikon) to have the pressure corrected. This cost me over an hour and caused me a lot of inconvenience. Can you make a commercial gesture in the form of a flap? "

" Thrifty forced me to pay Cross Border Fees because I wanted to travel to Italy. Later they said that it was a optional insurance but in reality the clerk refused to give me the car if I didn't accept that, this means it was mandatory. Lack of transparency! "

" Great prices, since I tried its always the first place I consult and in the end its always through autoeurope that I book my rentals. "
" Everything was going perfectly until drop-off which was perfectly fine. The thing is that I am positively sure that I left my iPhone 4S (old and smashed) in the car console but when I phoned back the drop-off they told me that the phone was not there. That is impossible as I am 100% sure I left it there. I already had passed by airport security so could not go back and discuss the situation personally, but I advise that Thrifty drop-off staff are untrustworthy even for a cheap useless old phone. "
