" Despite car being paid in advance I was charge more on the return. It was very unclear for what except a small charge for petrol despite left back full. Apparently they squeezed 3 litres in. However it is the other charges I object to as should have been fully prepaid and I did not take out anything extra. I have never had this problem with Europcar at Arlanda before. "

" directions to Car rental centre at stockholm arlanda was complicated (taking bus, ...). But overall experience ok. Explanation on how to drop-off with no attendance (counter not open) was not clearly explained upfront, so we had to find out. Worked out ok, but a bit more explanation (eg where the key collector etc were) would have been nice. "

" if you have already booked a car you are not able to cancel the reservation online. ( although more then 48h before) - You need to call the service line. changing a reservation is not very easy to understand, some steps are completely unlcear .(e.g: what will happen when pressing "next" ) "
" Personal data from App, website and local office are not in sync or even not related ( Europe SE is a different company). So I added all my data into my Europcar app in order to have a fast check-in, but Europcar staff had do add all data again in their database "

" Worn car, poorly cleaned and with poorly documented damages. Now in dispute about damages also on the inside plus dirty seats - all of which can not have been made by us. There was never any mentioning to inspect the car also on the inside and the damage card did not even have a sketch to mark such damages "
" The car was not cleaned well and with several damages, many undocumented at handover and that had to be registered before we took off. At return several more damages (including in the interior) which could not have caused were raised which I am currently disputing "
