" Sweden Arlana airport is a mess: nowhere it is indicated how to reach the car rental shops. I had to take a taxi to go there! Only there the kindly explained me that I had to take a bus (to be waited outside the airport with -20°C!) "

" The "checkin" is a little bit slow. It could probably be more efficient if my data where stored. I come here every year or two and it looks like the whole process has to start over everytime. "
" It was efficient, Karstad office is a smal one so people work there on demand the office is not allways open. There is a 10-15 minute wait for someone to get there. "
