" If there is any possibility of a partial refund for the hire period, as I returned the vehicle on the same day as I picked it up, it would be very much appreciated. I do understand that this is not really your problem, particularly as I booked through an agent, but thought it was worth asking "
" No problems with the hire. I picked up the car OK, but shortly after received a call to say my son had been rushed into surgery in Prague. So, I dropped the car off at Gothenburg airport on the 4 days early and flew to Prague. So I only had the car for around 6 hours before the holiday was cut short. "

" Sweden Arlana airport is a mess: nowhere it is indicated how to reach the car rental shops. I had to take a taxi to go there! Only there the kindly explained me that I had to take a bus (to be waited outside the airport with -20°C!) "

" if you have already booked a car you are not able to cancel the reservation online. ( although more then 48h before) - You need to call the service line. changing a reservation is not very easy to understand, some steps are completely unlcear .(e.g: what will happen when pressing "next" ) "
" Personal data from App, website and local office are not in sync or even not related ( Europe SE is a different company). So I added all my data into my Europcar app in order to have a fast check-in, but Europcar staff had do add all data again in their database "
