" If there is any possibility of a partial refund for the hire period, as I returned the vehicle on the same day as I picked it up, it would be very much appreciated. I do understand that this is not really your problem, particularly as I booked through an agent, but thought it was worth asking "
" No problems with the hire. I picked up the car OK, but shortly after received a call to say my son had been rushed into surgery in Prague. So, I dropped the car off at Gothenburg airport on the 4 days early and flew to Prague. So I only had the car for around 6 hours before the holiday was cut short. "

" i have made the drop off of the vehicle on the arranged site on date, but after three days hertz sent me a email telling me that the vehicle has a "new" damage (one that he didn't have when I drop off the car) and sent me photos taken 2 days after drop off. I will not assume a responsibility for an event that did not take place when the car was with me "

" Everything went really smooth. The Customer service Agents I talked to where very nice and helping. Next vacation I'll rent from Auto Europe again - for sure! "
" The rental Staff was nice and we didn't had to wait at all. The checkout of the rental agreement was fast and without any trouble. Total time at the HERTZ location was about 3-4 minutes. The car I got was like reserved. Everything was great. "
