" The man behind the counter said it was no problem. We could charge everywhere and the car itself would tell us when and where to charge. But, Don't ever give an electrical car to clients who don't have experience with these cars. Charging was a hell. Creditcards are not accepted, we were stuck to poles, because the wire did not come loose, calling these charge companies was a disaster: only Norwegian and Swedish language. Finding charging poles was very difficult. Almost to late for our flight. To be short: not any more an electrical car. "

My only remark is regarding the description accuracy of the car condition in the agreement during the hand-over, meaning that during my inspection of the car at pick-up I have noticed small damages that were not stated in the agreement. Anyway, they were accepted right away and your staff was very professional and pleasant. I am very grateful for the car upgrade as well. "

" Auto Europe were excellent to deal with. I needed to change my booking twice prior to pick up and they couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. "
" I've never rented a car in this manner before. Despite there being no other customers in sight it took nearly an hour from arrival to collect the car. When the staff had processed all my documents they simply pointed to a multi story car park. When I received the car it was dirty and wet inside. I tried to phone the staff to inform them of the poor state of the car and was unable to get through to them. I drove to where I was staying and the other passengers were shocked at the condition of the vehicle. They immediately started to clean the vehicle whilst I again rang the desk. I got through but they said there was nothing they could do. Dropping off the car was slightly confusing as they had not informed me where to put it. I have still not had any contact to say they received the car, that they are happy with the condition or when I will get my deposit back. Very poor service. "

" there was no staff at the pickup. they had taped a note to the shutter with a phone number on it which was out of service when called (indeed, a Swedish friend of mine told me it's not a possible phone number for Sweden). I had to find a number to call online and it took about half an hour until I was given a code with which I could get the car. If that code had been sent by email before, better yet by email and SMS with a way to make sure that it's been received, and instructions on where to find the car, that would have been great. As it was, it took a lot of time and anxiety - and if my phone had run out of battery at the time, I would have had extreme difficulties. "
