Booking told me my rental could not be confirmed, but give me no reason. So I did not know whether I had a booking or not so could not book somewhere else and end up with a double booking Instead I had a mail the next morning to let me know my booking did not go through. This is really not good, as now I had no booking when I arrived at the rental place! System should say: booking confirmed or booked refused ( or if it says not confirmed, then we should be able to cancel the booking) "

I paid by my creditcard 89,11 EUR (the documents have been added). My fly was delay (the delay Document has been added) and I came to Avis Budget Brussels Airport Office 11:15. First, your agent in Brussel Airport told that they do not have Opel Astra and I will receive Peugeot 2008. Your agent has not accept paid insurence. He told that we need to pay in additional 44 EUR. He printed out the agreement, but I saw that it was the amount of 105.- EUR in additional for insurance. I asked how the price has increased more than twice during 5 minutes. Then appeared Ahmed ID 20195. He destroyed the agreement with 105.- EUR and print out a new one with the amount 66.- EUR. As time was running and I was delay, I agreeded to pay 66.- additional insurance, hoping that we can solve this probleem later. In additional, your colleagues withdrow 141,59 EUR. as deposiit. I asked for the credit card receipt. Ahmed ID 20195 told that it is impossible to give it to me!!! As I asked it once again, he grabbed the contract from my händ and told that he will not give me any car!! It is unbelievable that such things can happen in your ofice in Brussel Airport! However, the contract and the car key I have received. I had nothing but to go to the police, to get a credit car receipt to understand what has happened. With two policeman help, I have received one receipt for the deposit 141, 59 EUR. But not for the amount 60,48 EUR. I have added into attachment my bank statement. Two days rent paid 216,40!! Please pay me back 60,48 EUR. Please give me answer, why should I needed to pay 66,81 EUR for insurance in additional. He refused to acknowledge the auto europe voucher and when I called auto europe and passed him the phone he refused to listen. Eventually his colleague had to intervene and suddenly the insurance coverage was found and I didn't need to pay anything. This was a really shameful ploy on the part of budget. Trying to scare customers to adding extra insurance saying there is none. "

My confirmed booking was on the Belgian National Day. So when reached the office after arriving from the UAE.... all closed and NO contact number. Then I find on my phone a message that I should collect the car another day when the office is open. That is seriously disappointing when arriving with all your suitcases. "
