First of all, at the counter, since we told that we were going to travel abroad (Slovenia), we could have been warned that we should buy the motorway badge for Slovenia as well. I'm from a country where things do not work this way (on motorways) so I'm not familiar with theses processes. I've ended up paying a big fine in Slovenia for circulating in the motorway without badge. I was also charged extra 400€ at the check-out for seemingly having made a scratch on one rim. I was surprised as I've signed a paper at the check-out where no issues were listed and then I get an invoice charging me for almost 400€ to pay for new rims. Zero explanations. "
