" Worked like a charm "

" i was asked repeatedly whether i wanted insurance on the car making me rather uncomfortable - but decided not to take it. When i then returned the car there were no staff around (1500 Sunday afternoon) and i had to drop the keys in box and hope for the best... there were no issues though but prefer to learn that upfront as you have no chance to defend yourself if they claim to have found something... "

" Quick and easy way to book cars at any location. Excellent service from your local costumer service center. However when reaching the automated switchboard service, multiple languages presenting the various selections would have been beneficial. (i.e. English, German, French and Spanish) "
