" Hi.. booking with Auto Europe was great. I've yet to see the amount billed which is Euro 604.13 correct? That is all that I am made to pay for rental correct? The reason I asked is because I saw another amount which reflected pending - the amount was after conversion from SGD to Euro is estimated to be Euro1300 plus.. Please advise. " I had definitely rented a car without four-wheel drive, but was given one with four-wheel drive and this could not be changed on the spot. For the exit, I was given a parking card that was obviously faulty, which is why I had to go from the parking garage to the counter again. When I returned the car, I had no information where to put the key and had to search for it. "

" The rent-a-car offices in Vienna Airport are far away from arrivals and is not easy to understand why the new terminal makes it so difficult. One has to go down, left, right, up again, turn a non-well illuminated corner and by luck you get in! Really upsetting if you arrive after a long flight and we have to carry with you all the luggage... "

" Eric was excellent. He went over everything with the car and was very professional. I was charged for GPS when the car came with it either way...seems wrong. Drop off was challenging in Rome. I tried to drop it off at the train station and they sent me to another location when to get there took 330 min because the instructions given to us where poor and fast... drop off was poor. No one was there for 40 min as we waited. They 5 guys from Europe car got out of a car and rushed to get us checked in. "
