" I booked a Ford Focus or similar, but got a Toyota CH-R a vehicle with less room especially in the boot. We still managed to squeeze everything in though. What was very disappointing, was the fact that I purchased extra coverage through Auto Europe but when arriving to collect the vehicle there was no trace of this transaction visible for the person working for Hertz. The emails I had gotten from Auto Europe were of no help in this situation because nowhere could I find the specifics of the package I booked. So begrudgingly, because I was pressed for time I had to pay another 100,50 for Hertz' full protection. "

" habe in den letzten 10 Jahren schon xxmal über Autoeurope einen Leihwagen gebucht, stets ok und alles wie gebucht. "
" Checkin geht sehr flott, alles ok, nur ist da niemand der einem das Auto übergibt und mit dem man allfällige Schäden am Fahrzeug notieren kann. selbiges bei der Rückgabe. ansonsten alles OK! "

" In the platform, I ticked the box in order to have a children's chair. No difference in the price was done. When I went to get the car, I learned that I should be charged 40 euros more for the children's chair!. So, the car costed 55 euros and the chair 40. This is almost the double cost from my calculation. In Hertz office they told me that this was because of the platform so I suppose because of Thrifty or Autoeurope. The extra seat should be shown immediately in the price in the platform. "

" While returning the car, the parking lot did not have enough places for Hertz so I did not know what to do in that case. Otherwise, exceptional experience, excellent car, the lady at the counter was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended over other services. "

" I had dropped off the vehicle on 25th Aug as promised but I am surpresed to see that there is a change of 991 euro that they have sent me as they have found minor scratch marks. I was not aware of any scratch marks so request you to look into the same as I also have Super cover for the car. "

" They are claiming 1100 for a scratch that I didn't do . I also asked for full insurance cover. However the guy over the counter told it's not necessary and basic insurance switchover up to 3000 euro. "
