" I use Auto Europe very regularly and it has generally been a positive experience. However, this time it was very problematic. The address for the pickup was incorrect. I met with my passengers at that wrong address, one of whom has a disability and difficulties moving around. It was very difficult for us to get to the correct address and we lost 2 hours before we could set off on a long journey, causing us to arrive much later than planned. Megadrive informed me that they had told Auto Europe to correct the address, but this had not happened. As a regular customer, I would appreciate some form of compensation for this mess-up. I will never pay that amount and if you check the tripadvisor forum about this company hopefully you ll stop working with them , It s discusting how they foul on everything. "
