" Overall good, no issues: no fancy sales talk at the counter. Only issue, when picking up the car we got the usual damage description on the car, did not fully cover the damages on the car - we mailed the differences to the rental company (like discussed at the counter). When dropping off the car you do not immediately close the contract - (which I generally do not like). I think they are all working like this however. We didnt get any issues later on however, so quite satisfied :) "

" We got the car from Vienna in order to drive to Salzburg. The stuff was super friendly and helpful, they showed us the car and everything. However, there was a battery discharge warning about 1 hour after we left Vienna. We arrived to Salzburg, but the next day the car battery was dead, so we had to call road assistance. The response from the Enterprise office was very quick, however, we missed a lot we had planned to do during the day, as the guy from road assistance told us not to stop anywhere until we arrive to Vienna (3 and a half hours drive). I believe the car should have been double checked for such issues to avoid the trouble. We are pretty sure we didn't leave the lights on or anything during the night, as we were using auto mode. "

" just a little clarification required. On some countyr sites you provide (for a fee, ok) Super Cover and I did not see this is Austria. I did see this in Ireland. Am I missing something or is this correct. Tx :O) "

" Car offered was Skoda Rapid instead of Opel Astra - which is different class in my opinion. The rental company wanted a deposit of 900E even if the excess for the car was 500E - no explanation why! They wanted +10E per day for travelling to Innsbruck via Germany (the A1 highway pass Germany). I had to travel +1.5hours just to avoid Germany. I paid +20E/day for 0 excess (120E in total) - this was my option. Even in this situation they made a deposit of 400E. "
