" At drop-off, the Avis representative was not able to explain why there were an additional amount present on the paper I should sign. I had to go to the counter staff and they came back with me to clarify. their explanation was it was just a security in case I did not recharge the electric car. I signed and now the additional amount was charged to my credit card despite the fact I returned the car as expected (>80% loaded). "

" The "checkin" is a little bit slow. It could probably be more efficient if my data where stored. I come here every year or two and it looks like the whole process has to start over everytime. "

" They forgot to bring me a car, they told meI had to take a taxi (costed 300€) and that they were going to refund me. After that I had to rent a car (450€) to a new avis station, they told me that they were cancelling the previous reservation and refunding it. Two months later, they still owe me 800€. "
