I understood and accepted. When I returned the car, I was surprised that due to an excess of zeal of your representative of Vienna Airport, a so-called scratch of the right rear wheel was imputed to me. When taking over the car, the wheels were not checked. You can't blame me for this little (small) scratch as defined by your representative. It is a problem that can come from the assembly and that has no relevance, does not affect the proper functioning of the car, does not affect the safety of travel. I consider the penalties to be abusive and excessive and I hereby inform you that I do not agree with them and I request your refund. Please contact me for details.. normally the deposit is not charge they just keep it for safety reasons and then release it. To charge the deposit a month later? How could this happen? "
