" Our reserved Jeep Compass was substituted with a Kia Sportage, and the provided vehicle had multiple issues. The heating system was non-functional (back of the car and the floor), making the ride uncomfortable in cold conditions. Additionally, the windshield wiper fluid ran out within 5 minutes of use during a one-hour highway drive, posing a safety risk. "

" The car was very nice. I think the guy at the counter did an upgrade for us as well. But he gave us a "better" car meaning it was a hybrid lexus. If he asked us, we would have responded that we want a bigger, not a fancier car. "

" First time I have used ALAMO was in Canada. It was top notch. Smooth and by the number. Here, in Vien, it was almost the same. Just one thing, keep in mind, in Europe they much more watching you for any , even small scratches. Inspect your car very carefully during pick up procedure, better do make detailed video record. "

" On Auto Europe website we choosen a small C car to use for 3 days. Website told we even got a 30 eur discount. (so the original price would be 92,43 eur ) This price is without any extra. Not even GPS. We paid the 63 eur via the website. And just knew about an extra fees on the pick up point. Which was an extra 70 eur, so 100% more what we paid via the website. If we see the confirmation voucher then we can see somewhere on the botton that the border fee is 22 eur per day but we didnt pay attention as we already paid. So an extra 22 eur per day extra fee as a border fee is really a lot. Even we dont understood which border we are talking about within EU countries?? So this extra fee was a surprise for us (do not mention about the almost 9 eur for the kid booster ..) We were very unsatisfied at the airport , especially because you have not really an other choice there , just pay the extra. You should have to inform the customers more. With clear and not hidden prices. "

" Due to flight delay we arrived 1.5 hours late to the counter which was already closed by that time. When we arrived the next day 0730 AM we were told that our order was expired therefore 1. The car we ordered is not available, so we can only upgrade with additional payment 2. The 2 baby and child car seats we ordered are not available also (they disappeared between 0000 and 0730) - we were offered with broken car seats that does not meet any decent Safety requirement. The last option we were offered was to drive 15 minutes to BUY ! New car seats (and return to them with the broken car seats so we can get a refund). This was really one of the worse car rental experience we had "

" Worst service! The flight got in late so the place was closed. Next morning when we came they said the reservation is cancelled and they don't have all the children's car seats, but we are late so not their problem. The ones they did have, were in very poor condition. They also didnt have the car we ordered so we found out at the end that we were charged extra for the "upgrade". Still waiting for someone to call me as was promised (+972-54-4468131), and want the "upgrade" money back! "

" I didn't get the Type of car that i order, we order a 4x4 car with 2 Large and 3 Small suitcases ,at the end we got a car that fit to 2 Large suitcases That was not enough us. At the end the person how provide the service from Almo give us a Station wagon with enough space for us, but it was not a 4x4 car "

" The auto europe is a good service, I've got a nice price for a car, but the experience after is pretty disappointing as this damages my overall trip. Hope this is not a frequent case "

" The car was in a pretty bad shape although it was quite new - it had a lot of small scratches which were listed by the manager by marking a corresponding spot on the sheet of the protocol. After I've returned the car which has been used in super-great conditions the receiving manager told me that I have damaged the car's tire on the wheel that has been damaged before and has been marked damaged! Yet the damage of the tire looks as if the car has been on a very bad road or even offroad which did not happen to me, as I was moving only using the autobahns. "

" The person in charge was trying to add the insurance of the car twice. He said that we don't know what Autoeurope provided you but we need to block around 900Euro from credit card. I inform them that this is my first time that someone asked 900euro to be blocked. Second he offered only one Dacia and not Opel Astra as we booked, he gave us opel astra only when we paid additional fee. Very disappointed. I will never use your site for car booking, I am sorry. "
