" I have booked BMW X5 because there were 4 adults traveling with a lot of luggage. When we arrived at the counter we were told that no car in that category is available and we were offered small car in which we could not fit. I had to book another car with SIXT in order to continue our travel. We waisted more than one hour arranging this. You did take my money at the time of booking but you didn't have a courtesy to inform me before my trip that you would not have a car for me. "

" Always a pleasure to book with Auto Europe. I normally book using a laptop, but as this was a last minute booking I used the website on my phone. It didn't work so well. Once a different destination had been selected the web page would not scroll down to the 'next' button for me to continue (safari browser). "

" Rental booked for 08:00 Arrived at desk 08:00 Paperwork/contract completed just after 08:10 Vehicle not available until 08:43 More than 30 minutes waiting for the vehicle to arrive is unacceptable. During this time two other customer received their vehicles, while we were first told the car was being cleaned, then told it had gone to be refueled. When we only booked the car for 8 hours wasting 7% of our paid for rental time is unacceptable. "

" Online customer service was frustrating, booking online was slightly challenging, but modification was straightforward. "

" Service was friendly and the whole process was smooth and easy. The car was impeccably clean, looked almost new, and easy to maneuver. Definitely would recommend renting from Hertz. "
