" I received email from Hertz to pay a different rate. Auto-Europe's customer support staff quickly replied me to ignore the email from Hertz. "
" Very friendly Counter staff, he assured us that the car needs no additional warm up due to the cold weather. However, I got a smaller car instead and lucky all my luggages can still fit in. "

" Nothing to complain about, the whole booking experience was smooth, quick and easy, the information provided was complete and accurate. "
" Everything was perfect and picking up the car was rather swift, only the car had automatic transmission, not manual as requested, which may be a downside in some cases (driving on snow) but for us it was a pleasant surprise. "

" Good car, fast service on pick-up but not on Drop-off. Nobody to make the check-out but this process could be communicated when we pick the car. I had to Left the car keys on a box and trust that all was ok when the Hertz team pick-up the car. "

" they charged me because I would travel to Norway. I had asked by mail and they had told me "no charge"!! Moreover when I received the invoice the description of the extra feed is "various services"...!!!! WHAT A PITY "

" Cancelled our order couple od times m and medzi wife tried to book the order for days, with no reasoning at All... We where getting desperate AS we really needed the car. 24 je before the rental we got another cancellation with no reasoning... It seemed AS our nationality was the problem.... So we chose another more expensive company byť IT was worth every cent. I will never recomend Hertz to anyone everything. More details about there irresponsivity and their horrible approach I will share online with the public. "
