" When I contacted Auto Europe they didn't want to know. Just stated T&C's. Will never be using Auto Europe again. Useless service. "
" No one from Enterprise was at the booth when we arrived to pick up our rental. They arrives 30 minutes late. Staff were very unhelpful and the whole experience was a nighmare. They made me pay an admin fee of €129 + took a deposit of €2,000 because I had a Mastercard Debit card which has been excepted all over the world except Finland. Useless company, rubbish car. I ordered a Qashqai equivalen and was given a smaller car - Opel Mokka. "

" There is a cross-border fee 40 euro/ country. This extra cost was not clearly indicated in the contract. It was written as very small text in a corner. I will never go with Alamo again. "
