When I get at Copenhagen airport and try to take a car your desk employee tell me that it is not possible to take car with debit card, only with credit which I dont have with me in that moment. According your terms and conditions it is ok, but when I plan to get my credit cart by my friend in next flight your employee told me that it is not necessary and that Auto Europe car will refund me money and I get rent car with debit card on the neighborhood desk (Avis). So i do like that but I did not get my money back. "

" The car was fine. The Hertz pick-up and drop off procedure at Kastrup was a disgrace. On pick-up, we stood outside in the rain (there is no shelter) waiting 25 minutes for a bus to take us to the car rental office. When we returned the car, there was nobody in the outside Hertz office. We stood in the rain for 20 minutes until an Enterprise agent saw us and took us into his hut. We then had to carry our bags to the Hertz inside office where we were told that the outside Hertz rental return staff member "had gone to the bathroom. " -- obviously with no backup help. We are senior citizens and boarded our flight at CPH absolutely soaking wet. My wife is now coughing. The experience was a Hertz fiasco from beginning to end. Never again! "

Even it was preagreed on the phone with Rental Provider Hertz (THRIFTY) - on the phone to central office of HERTZ DK - they promised that the rental provider will wait for me - becuase i had a late eve flight arrived at 22.45. But when i get there - after 23h - it wasnt no any person who helped me or informed or called me before - i just arrived in the midnight time to closed parking garage and spent a lot of time to get back by taxi to hotel and so on... In fact you should not allowed to your system realize and confrim booking - becuase i booked from 30.07 at 23.00h - but all rental branches are closing at this time at 23h - so it were no chance to get a car anyway and you knew that... In fact after being very disapointed in your service - and spending a lot of money and energy trying to get a car there - YOU CHARGED MY CREDITE CARD for anout 130 euro - BUT IT Wasnt my fault - i never had a possibility to get there before 23h and my booking was confrimed by YOU WRONGLY from 23.00h. Im quite long time for more than 15 years been renting cars wordlwide with AUTOEUROPE - but this time i was really astonished and pissed off. I require to get my money back - 130 euro - which in fact were stollen by your company provider - i feel myself been cheated... Wont never ever have any bussines deals with you anymore... " Drop off worked fine and clear instructions and sign where to drop off the car. Free shuttle bus right next to pickup and drop off area to access all airport terminals. "

They even suggested to buy an "automatic toll device" because we were planning to drive from Copenhagen to Malmö (bridge toll). " The drop off office was closed and a sign directed us to the back of the office in the carpark for key return. The problem was that there is a key drop at the back of the outside yard office with a big Hertz sign above it, we dropped the keys in a hurry only to notice a small sign next to it saying no Hertz keys here. Being told we are responsible for costs until the keys are "found" is also unappreciated, a proper facility should be provided. "
" We rented in Copenhagen so it was Hertz as your agent. There was one problem in the collection process which was of our making but we didn't appreciate the way in which the counter staff handled the issue, very unfriendly and matter of fact. The various pick up counters display prominent signs showing which companies they represent, the Hertz counter has a small Thrifty sign below counter level which is hidden when a line of customers is standing there. " Dear Sir/Madam, According to my invoice n. 21800106984, I was charged incorrectly by Thrifty as following: a) 1 extra day, even I've returned the car only 15 minutes later, b) 2 Bridge Pass, but I just used only one, c) Moms (I don't know what it means), d) Collision Damage Insurance (I declined it, because my agreement with Auto Europe was refundable excess with super cover), Theft Insurance (I declined it, because my agreement with Auto Europe was refundable excess with super cover). I'm upset about it. It's not the first time that happened in Hertz/Thrifty. I asked them to refund me DKK 1548,40. My complaint at Hertz/Thrifty is registered as a number: 1123430. " When I contacted the customer service team to inform them of my problem they were quite unapologetic and it was my problem apparently so was informed that they would be keeping my money despite not providing me with any service whatsoever and requiring that I have to make other arrangements for my journey that weekend. Luckily for me, the rental was only one day, so I only lost out on a small amount of money. But if this is the way you treat people then I will be making sure to recommend people not to use your service in the future. "

I did not receive the car as it was hidden in the terms and conditions. that the rates are not relevant for Danish residents, despite the only indication of this being buried in the terms and conditions and nothing to indicate As a result, I was denied the car when I went to pick it up.
