" It's been six days since I returned the car, and there has been no deposit return. I'm your customer, and it should not be my concern or my time spent trying to get my money back. I paid for your service! I contacted my bank, and they did not receive any information from you about releasing the deposit. I still came to the same conclusion: You are running a lousy service! "
