Not sure why both companies are charging amounts to my credit card - Hertz should only be charging for the "extras" and not for what was originally booked as AutoEurope already took payment for that. " Sehr geehrte Firma Gerne gebe ich ihnen ein Feedback. Es war so etwa meine 40 zigste Anmietung eines Fahrzeuges in Irland, bei fast allen Anbietern auch schon bei Hertz, aber vorwiegend in Dublin. Aber so eine schlechte Bedingung wie bei Hertz Shannon hatte ich noch nie. Nach einer Wartezeit von ca. 30 Minuten bot man mir ein Fahrzeug an, es sah so aus, als sei es von einem Autofriedhof gekommen. Ich füge ihnen die Fotos bei. Radzierblenden mit Kabelbinder befestigt! . Ich verweigerte die Annahme und nach weiteren 45 Minuten Wartezeit offerierte man mir ein gleiches Fahrzeug. Renault E?. Von meinem Modell Mazda 6 keine Spur. Für 20 EURO mehr, hätte ich bei Enterprise einen Passat Kombi bekommen. Herz wollte aber für einen Wechsel 200 EURO Aufpreis. Und obwohl ich ja die beste / teuerste Versicherung bezahlt hatte, (mit Ausschluss eine Selbstbeteiligung) wurden mit ca. 2600 EURO auf meiner Kreditkarte blockiert. Nach dieser negativen Erfahrung, versichere ich ihnen, nie mehr bei dieser Firma ein Fahrzeug anzumieten. Auch werde ich diese schlechte Erfahrung in meinem Bekanntenkreis weitergeben.
