" We appreciate the competitive prices, less so seemingly invalid extra charge for outside normal office hours already at 8 PM. It also seems Auto Europe might improve precision of the information on the de facto position/conditions with the local liason/partner and how to get to them from the airport building and encourage some local improvements, f.ex. with information signs inside the arrival hall and improving safety relative to the walk/transfer to the rental office and pick up location. "
" Our voucher said the car rental company was inside the airport (which we appreciated, having earlier had bad experiences having to wait for transfer to more distant office locations). However, no sign inside the terminal indicated where we could find our rental, so we had to ask and rely upon a friendly competitor to guide us. It turned out we had to walk with our relatively heavy luggage some 2-300 meters on a highly trafficated, badly lit road with no sidewalk to the rental office. In our case it was not too bad though, taking into consideration that the weather was fair. But imagine if the customer had poor language skills, had challenges walking, or the weather had been less favourable. The local car rental company was not Flizzr, but apparently a liason, Greentransport or something to that effect (although we failed to realize what was particularly green about this rental company or it's services). Upon arrival, we were charged 24 Euro extra because we arrived around 9:30m, which was after normal office hours (after 8 PM). When we dropped off the car, also around 8 PM, we were graciously not charged extra, but there were too many customers being in a rush for the single employee to be able to service them in an adequate and satisfying pace, also indicating 8 PM is not at all a relevant limit to "normal" office hours. Such a limit must reflect the time when most if not all normal activity relative to in- and outbound flights are duly serviced (the employee however did her best to select and service those with the most urgent need first). The rental vehicle had driven about 69.500 km (acceptable, albeit a bit high relative to normal European standard) and had lots of minor outside scratches, but was seemingly in a fair condition and nice and clean, so no complaints on the vehicle. The engine power was not impressive, although satisfying, and the ballbearings of the front wheels could be sensed (only just though) to soon being in need of changing, but nothing annoying or urgent as such. All in all, we had chosen the second cheapest rental option on our hands, so a brand new rental car was not to be expected, but the partly misleading information about the position of the rental office, the insecure and poorly lit walkway to the office and the charging of payment for "outside normal office hours service" at relative early hours (from 8 PM) left room for considerable improvement. "

" According to my voucher it was a "meet and greet" rental. It was not. The car should be picked up at Sixth counter. The provided telephone number did not reply and a telephone call to autoeurope was not help the autoeurope staff also assumed it was a meet and greet rental. They should have known that Flizzr is part of Sixth. "

" 10 points of 10 points. I would like to tell you my things about car look check before rent. Its incredible process. I rent a car for draiving but not for count schraches. I think its hard question for car rent companies and person why rent a car. Maybe it is possible in future , before rent a car, make 360 photos. Its make a no stress for person why rent a car.
