" When we came to drop of the car, I called the person at the Europcar office, and we agreed to meet at 11:30, but we had to wait until 11:45 before he showed up. Also, Europcar in Slovenia (or sombody else) has to clean up the information on various webpages concerning the location of the Portoroz office. One webpage said: "Permanently closed", which is not very helpful. The correct location should be easy to find (it certainly is not at the moment), and you also have to let people know where in the building the Europcar office is. "

The address on the voucher is Obala 43, but the office is actually at Obala 114, which is in Lucija, the southern part of Portoroz. I found out by calling the main Slovenian office. When we got to the correct address, there was no sign anywhere to tell us where the Europcar office was, I had to search for 15 minutes before I finally located it, on the first floor inside the offices of a travel agency which is not mentioned in the voucher. There seemst to be only one person assigned to this office, and he was not there when we finally found the office. A person at the travel office called him, but we had to wait for 30 minutes before he showed up. It was not his fault, he had to fill out forms at the police station because of damage to a rental car. "

" ok, it was early morning but they were not very friendly and did not explain why they would need all the data they have asked for. However, with regards to the car I received an upgrade, which was very good. With regard to the drop-off the idea was that I had to find a parking space with free parking in Ljubljana. Being not very familiar with the place it made me driving around in the city desperately trying to find a space. I would have preferred to have a fixed place where I could have parked the car. "
