" I have used Autoeurope many times. Never had problems with them. "

" The first car was quite severely damaged with the tyre rim sticking into the car tyre. The staff dealing with the car just kept saying "no problem", "it's fine"....well, it certainly wasn't fine!! Thankfully they provided us with a new car. Depsite being told I would also receive the refund for the petrol the same day, I am still waiting for the money. "

" The check in was very friendly, but might have been quicker, particularly when there were a lot of clients waiting. The main problem was in gett8ng the optional Sat-Nav to work. Firstly, part of the mounting was missing, then the replacement wouldn't hold on to the screen and finally there was a mismatch between the street names used in the mapping and the actual street names used in the towns. "
